1 (2 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
4 lemons, sliced
1 (3 ounce) can orange juice concentrate
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cups candied orange peel
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup sweetened orange juice
1 cup confectioners' sugar
In a large mixing bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, lemon slices, orange juice concentrate, cream cheese, eggs, milk, butter, peel, whipped topping and pecans. Mix gently until well blended, about 5 minutes. Spread mixture into a 9 inch pie pan. Chill overnight, or overnight should you prefer, before serving.
