1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
1 cup chicken broth
1 pound chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Coat chicken pieces with Worcestershire sauce. Stir fry for 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Boil in 2 cups broth until lightly browned.
Heat chicken pieces in pan, then pour in chicken broth and chicken. Stir fry gently for 3 minutes. Remove chicken from pan, and spread with sauce mixture.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, and fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chicken pieces, and cook 2 minutes more. Pour chicken mixture over all.
