1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/3 cups crumbled cooked ham
1 cup bread crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 (8 ounce) packages cottage cheese
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add eggs, milk and ham; stir together and cook for about 15 minutes.
Place bread crumbs in a bowl and gently brush egg mixture onto bread crumbs, stirring constantly.
Stir cheese into eggs mixture and fold over tightly. Serve hot.
