1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (16 ounce) container frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant lemon flavored Jell-O
1 egg
3 scoops vanilla flavored sherbet
1 (1 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
8 cups boiling water
Using an electric mixer or handheld mixer, beat pineapple, lemonade concentrate, and lemon sherbet in small batches until well blended. Pour into glass glasses and serve.
Stack vanilla marshmallows in small plastic bags, and fill each bag with lemon sherbet. Shake vigorously, and pour marshmallows over pineapple. Shake vigorously, and pour marshmallows over lemon sherbet. Stir with whisk and gently drop in boiling water. Chill.
