4 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 (24 ounce) can tomato paste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 teaspoon olive oil
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, heat olive oil to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Boil onion and green pepper for 10 minutes, or until translucent. Stir in zucchini and tomato paste, and sprinkle with garlic, oregano, basil, garlic, marjoram, basil, olive oil, and tomato sauce.
