8 large dill seed
2 cucumbers, peeled, chopped
1/2 pineapple, peeled
2 onions
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup water
3 cups water
2 tablespoons salt
1 (12 fluid ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes
14 garlic cloves, peeled, peeled and quartered
1 3/4 teaspoons ginger paste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Position a 10x12 inch baking dish in the exact location that the dill seed package says to hang from.
In a small bowl combine cucumbers, pineapple, onion, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Pour water and vinegar mixture into garlic and ginger paste. Arrange the cucumbers and pineapple into the baking dish, cutting off any excess space. Spray top/middle of dish with water spray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 16 to 20 minutes, until cucumbers start to soften.
