2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon sugar sweetener
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
6 cloves garlic, minced
8 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, honey, sugar sweetener, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic, vinegar, salt, black pepper and paprika. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Heat mustard mixture over medium heat in a small pot.
When mustard mixture is heated, slice the slices of pork into 1/2 inch chunks, then add vinegar, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix well and serve cooked pork chops outside the pot.
