2 (5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup white sugar
2 (12 ounce) cans vanilla flavored Jell-O
2 cups cold milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
8 ounces vanilla beans
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with waxed paper. In a large bowl, mix the vanilla pudding mix, vanilla pudding mix, sugar, vanilla flavored gelatin, milk, whipping cream, vanilla beans and egg whites. Pour into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in refrigerator. Refrigerate custard for 1 hour or more or to allow it to harden. Serve chilled or in warm glass containers.
