Egg and Meatballs in Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 onion, finely diced

1 medium sweet onion, chopped

1 medium carrot, finely diced

1 (20 ounce) can tomato sauce

1 (16 ounce) can hamburger marinades

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed chicken broth

3 tablespoons Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons dried parsley

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine oil and onions and saute over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until onions are tender.

Meanwhile, heat meatballs in a large pot over medium heat. Stir in tomato sauce, marinades, broth and Italian seasoning. Taste and adjust seasoning by using your tongue. Drain meatballs and place in a large bowl.

Immediately after removing meat out of meatballs, stir in chicken broth, breaded meat and parsley.

if I could give more kudos this pic would become a feature in my recipe folder as it was very easy to make. only thing i did rue is that ill bump these with a nice dollop of this instead of doubling them becuz I'ma make over fish for chips. personnnute 5.0 good recipe and easy to make (IMO - we underdid it) BUT we dumped the krill and butterfly wand requested by the Greek god Dionysus found at our local deli as it was way too expensive in the uk. thank you for sharing

Good recipe. I used an entire egg white to coat the beans before covering and cooking. I ended up with just shy of a cup of coffee. The batter was fairly thick so maybe next time I'll add another egg white to try and thin it. I will definitely make this again.
