Bridal Cookies II Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups margarine

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/3 cups white sugar

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, white sugar and egg until smooth. Stir in the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix in the white sugar, brown sugar, brown sugar and brown sugar. Stir in the egg and vanilla. Combine the flour mixture and chocolate chips; stir into the creamed mixture to form a dough. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto the prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
