1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar mix
1 (16 ounce) can yellow food coloring
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large tomato, chopped
1 (8 ounce) can dill pickle relish
1 (10 ounce) can sliced pineapple
1 tablespoon frozen green juice concentrate
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
In medium saucepan, cook onion and heat slowly, stirring constantly, until softened. Stirring occasionally, cook and stir the garlic in the mayonnaise.
Stir in vinegar, yellow food coloring, heavy cream, vegetable oil, tomato, dill pickle relish, sliced pineapple, and green juice concentrate. Season with salt, parsley and seasoning salt.
