20 chicken meatballs
2 eggs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried dried parsley
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups mayonnaise
8 chocolate connector puzzle blocks, crushed or chocolate coated
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon molasses
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place chicken meatballs, well seasoned with salt, brandy, and parsley in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium heat until browned. Drain grease and brown on all sides.
Place chicken meatballs into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Dust with flour mixture. Pour chocolate syrup over chicken, topping around edge.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 60 minutes. While chicken is baking, combine mayonnaise, crumble cereal, and lemon zest in small bowl.
Remove chicken from oven and spring on to cookie sheets. Cool completely before transferring to the baking dish.
Remove the chicken from the baking dish and place over the top of the coating in the baking dish along with mayonnaise and poured chocolate syrup. Cover baking dish loosely and bake for another 30 minutes.
