6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 (3 ounce) can dried bread crumbs
1/8 cup warm water
3/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup lime juice
Cover chicken with oil and place in a slow cooker. Cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours. Turn chicken over, flip and cook for 4 to 5 more minutes on each side or until no longer pink. Add 1 tablespoon water. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Chop chicken, while still pink and ready to cook through the juices. Serve hot if desired.
