Oxbow Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 large onions, sliced

1 medium head cabbage, cut into 1 inch pieces

2 tablespoons salt

2 tablespoons dried sage

1 cup fresh basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 teaspoons dried basil

2 tablespoons dried marjoram

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg

Directions

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, cheese, onion, cabbage, salt, sage, basil, oregano, basil, marjoram, sage, marjoram, marjoram, parsley, thyme, rosemary, marjoram, salt, black pepper and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
