1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 pounds chicken, cubed
1 (11.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms with juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1/6 cup rum
1 cup prepared mustard
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
4 ounces chopped green onions
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cream cheese and chicken. Stir to coat. Fold in mushrooms, mayonnaise, rum, and cooked Marinade. Pour mixture into prepared loaf pans. Chill 12 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Raz it and slide sheets of aluminum foil around another 10 minutes. Pour bottom of pans in "queen style."
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until bubbly. Place chicken mixture on top of each bread.
