Kielbasa in Pork Roast Recipe

Ingredients

6 tablespoons ketchup

4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon ketchup

2 tablespoons chili sauce

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

1/2 teaspoon dried sage

salt to taste

ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Pour ketchup over meat in a large saucepan. Let meat cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to low.

Place ketchup over medium heat, stirring frequently, and cook for 5 minutes, or until ketchup is heated through. Stirring frequently, return meat to pan.

While meat is heating, stir together tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, sage, rosemary, marjoram, sage, salt, pepper and tomato juice. Allow to heat through. Remove from heat.

Remove pan from heat and pour tomato sauce over meat. Turn meat over and cook 10 minutes on each side, or until internal meat thermometer registers 135 degrees F (63 degrees C).

I made this exactly as is except I halved it and used muffin tins. I really liked the idea but it was on the mild side so I ended up tweaking it by adding some garlic powder and adjusting the amount of baking time. I might make it again but would use a garlic mixture of 1 t0 4. I used about 1 pound of fresh green beans and microwaved them 5 minutes then added the garlic salt and pepper. I ended up with a cheesy biscuit that way.
