6 fruit, peeled and thinly sliced
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine
1 (14 ounce) can diced fresh pineapple, drained
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (6 ounce) can sliced banana with juice
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 chocolate candies, chopped (optional)
In a medium bowl, mix together the fruit, eggs and milk. Beat in margarine and pineapple.
Stir in crushed pineapple, banana and pineapple juice.
Make a well in the center of the fruit mixture, and pour in the pudding mix, lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon zest. Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve over ice.
