2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon salt
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line cookie sheets with paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, butter, pumpkin pie spice and salt; beat until soft peaks form. Stir in pudding and orange juice.
Drop crumbs by tablespoons onto the cookie sheet. Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, arrange chocolate crystals on top of the crumbs. Cool completely before transferring to the crust.
