1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
150 slices fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
6 eggs, separated
1 teaspoon margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sunflower seeds
In a medium bowl, mix milk, lemon zest, orange zest, lemon juice, pineapple, eggs, margarine, vanilla and sunflower seeds until well blended.
Roll mixture in that order. Allow roll to cool before slicing or freezing.
