1 pound pork
5 ounces dried mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon dried basil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place pork in a 9x13 inch roasting dish. In a small bowl, mix mushrooms, butter, salt, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce, dry mustard, paprika and basil. Place marinated meat on top of all ingredients.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour in preheated oven, turning once. Remove from oven and let cool on rack for 5 minutes.
