I found this recipe to be too sweet, especially with all the berries. But it's very good. I used unflavored dental floss to easily slice the loaf. I would have given it 3 stars, but I had to doctor it slightly. The apples were pretty small, and I didn't feel like grinding them myself. But I'll give it four stars instead of three, and I'll add honey when I make the whipped cream. I'll also make the filling thicker with the cream cheese and cream. It's small and sweet. Easy.
