1 pound turkey breasts
1 (8 ounce) package, peeled and sliced
1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (15.5 ounce) can whole tomato beans
1 tablespoon chipotle seasoning
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
In a large bowl, mix the turkey, tomatoes, onion, garlic, pepper, olive oil, whole tomatoes, chipotle seasoning, salt, oregano, basil and parsley. Cover and refrigerate to marinate.
