Pecan Pretzel Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1 tablespoon milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon butter

1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch pan.

In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and milk until smooth. Beat in the vanilla and salt. Mix in the flour. Stir in the baking powder, baking soda, baking powder and butter. Stir in pecans.

Bring 1 cup of the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Using a wooden spoon, spoon the hot mixture into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
