Surprise Spanish Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup margarine, softened

1 cup milk

insolvado sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease and flour 13x9-inch baking pan.

Break the chocolate into small, flat pieces. In a medium bowl, beat together oil, sugar, and margarine until smooth; stir in milk and vanilla. Blend butter mixture, one-quarter cup at a time into chocolate mixture. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake, covered, in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until top springs back when lightly touched.

Let cool 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

I'm sorry to say, but mine turned out bad. I did press mine up a little bit, but only about 1/2-1/2 day old. However, the flip side turned out great, perfect bake. We are planning to make this again.
