4 buttery round crackers, crushed
2/3 cup sliced pecans
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch pie pans.
In a large bowl, mix marinade, pecans, cheese, pecans and lemon zest. Make a well in the center and pour in milk and lemon juice, lemon juice, vanilla and walnuts. Mix well and pour mixture into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown spots. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
