1 (3 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese to taste
1 cup butter, chopped
1 (3 ounce) can evaporated milk
In a medium-size saucepan, bring cream cheese and oil to a boil. Boil about 5 minutes. Stir in brown sugar and pudding mix. Cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Chill until stock is cold. Stir cream cheese mixture into custard mixture. Chill until thinner. Spread over frosting-sheet. Chill until set.
I'm not a fan of Graham cracker but it did the job. My only warning would be to be careful when grilling over high heat.
