I really like this basic recipe. I butterflied my chicken, added garlic, onion powder, and salt. I subbed lemon zest for orange zest, and put orange zest per langass. Really great recipe! My family loved it. Only thing I would change is to use WP butter, and use Brown Sugar instead of Splenda. This recipe was more than enough for my family.
