1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped banana
1/2 cup chopped sunflower seeds
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder and baking soda. Beat in the pecans and banana. Mix in the raisins, banana and sunflower seeds.
Drop cookie dough by tablespoonfuls into the butter mixture. Mix in brown sugar, sugar and brown sugar.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
