1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package powdered sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
1 cup chopped almonds
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and pudding mix. Mix until well blended. Sprinkle the eggs over the mixture. Stir in the cream cheese and sugar. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. Place 1 ball each cookie on a cookie sheet and roll the cookies gently but tightly. Using a wooden toothpicks or a wooden spoon, poke holes in the cookies. Chill overnight and cut into 2 inch squares.
