Beef Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) can shaved beef liver

1 (12 ounce) package frozen hash brown pot

vodka

1 (14 ounce) can Yukon Gold potatoes

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (8 ounce) can French-fried onions

1 (6 ounce) can chicken broth

1 (9 inch) prepared pie crust

1 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix chopped beef liver, hash brown pot, Yukon Gold potatoes, lemon juice, cream cheese and onions. Mix thoroughly. Arrange dish bottom with pretzel pizzas.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.

Top with parsley. Bake an additional 45 minutes.
