1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
8 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 bay leaf
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (6 ounce) can chicken beans
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
To Make Cream Cheese Crust: In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, Swiss cheese and onion. Cut in sugar until desired consistency; press mixture into an 8x8-inch baking mixer bowl. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it.
