1 (12 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables

2 quarts margarine, softened
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (7 ounce) can pinto beans, drained
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add vegetables and stir. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for about 30 minutes, or until vegetables are done.
In a large bowl, combine mixed vegetables, margarine, flour, salt, pepper, green pepper, onion, mixed vegetables, pinto beans and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
