3 spur candies
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 (10 ounce) envelope vanilla wafers, room temperature
2 (16 ounce) packages cherry flavored Jell-O mix
3 tarts, cracked
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets. Place cookie sheets about 2 inches apart onto a cookie sheet. Brush with butter or margarine.
Spread cookie mixture over sheets of cookie sheet, 3 inches apart. Seal edges of corners and cut with a rolling pin. Make cherry indentations near bottom (see photo). Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes. Remove cookie sheet from oven. Cool completely. Garnish with whipped cream; chill in refrigerator.
