Mukka's Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds lean ground beef

1 cup water

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

5 teaspoons mustard powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup potatoes, boiled

3 carrots, cut in cubes

1 tablespoon dried minced onion

1 tablespoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce

1 onion, zested and quartered

1 teaspoon dry horseradish

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons honey

2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons dried parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Dissolvethe Worcestershire, mustard, salt and potatoes in 4 parts in a large bowl. Mix in the carrots and onions and saltthem with the garlic powder. Mix gently. Mix in water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, salt, potatoes and carrots. Mix with water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, and salt until all ingredients are combined. Stir in the honey, balsamic vinegar, flour, parsley and sugar. Pour mixture into a loaf pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn loaf out onto a serving platter and let cool. Cool on a wire rack, but not in the glass. Serve at room temperature.
