1 large egg white
6 tomatillos
1/2 cup yellow/orange wine
1 (15 ounce) can tuna, chilled and drained
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 (1 ounce) can sliced tortillas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a medium-large baking sheet.
Place cream cheese in a medium bowl. Add egg white, tomatillos, water and wine, and mix well. Spoon mixture into prepared baking sheet.
Flatten edges of tortillas to let the cream cheese drip down. Drop 1 portion of cream cheese mixture onto the tortillas, then a second spoon of the same mixture on top. Flatten the ball of tortillas to make 1 complete roll.
Shape the roll in taco shape according to desired toppings. Bake 15 minutes, or until golden and firm.
