Rosemary Merlot Cream Recipe

Ingredients

5 tablespoons butter or margarine

1/2 teaspoon white sugar

1/2 teaspoon flavors of pepper

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup sliced almonds

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 (8 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O

1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

/4 cup white sugar

Directions

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and white pepper until smooth. Stir in the chopped onion, chopped almonds, lemon zest and lemon zest. Gradually mix in the gelatin until the mixture is thick. Pour the cream mixture back into the creamed layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour, stirring every 5 minutes. Remove from refrigerator.

Fold in the lemon-lime soda and lemon-lime mixture, mixing until well blended. Store in refrigerator for 1/2 hour, stirring as needed, before serving.
