4 large russet potatoes
2 medium onions, sliced
1 banana, sliced
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons coffee granules
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch skillet or casserole dish.
Place potatoes into a large baking dish and sprinkle with onions, banana slices, egg and Italian seasoning.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for about 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt, sugar, Irish cream and coffee. Bake an additional 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
