1 1/2 cups chocolate-coated chocolate pieces
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a blender, combine chocolate pieces, milk, butter and sugar. Process until smooth. Pour mixture into two 8x8 inch cookie sheets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until set. Cool cookies on waxed paper. Remove from waxed paper. Remove parchment and set aside. Puree the remaining chocolate pieces in a blender or food processor. Press pureed chocolate into the center of each cookie sheet.
