1/2 pound bacon
1 onion, diced
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 medium tomato, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup sliced green bell pepper
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium Zucchini, sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Italian-style dressing
Remove foil from pan. Set aside.
Slice slices of bacon into 1-inch cubes. Place in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat until easily browned. Drain and crumble.
In a large bowl, mix diced onion, cheese, green pepper, red pepper, tomato, onion, bell pepper, tomato, onion, bell pepper, tomato, onion, bell pepper, tomato, onion, bell pepper. Spoon dressing over meat mixture.
Cover and chill meat mixture overnight before serving.
