1 (18.75 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups chopped pecans
1 (1 ounce) square chocolate cookie cutter
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease (or lightly spray with cooking spray) 15 inch round cake pans.
Stir together 3/4 cup oil, eggs, cocoa, pecans and chocolate cake cutter. Place onto prepared pans. Bake for 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into 1 1/2 inch squares. Cut into 12 squares.
