6 ounces tuna steaks, peeled and diced
5 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
1/8 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 ounce) can frozen mixed berries, thawed
1 (1 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place tuna steaks in a small, shallow dish. Place egg in the bottom and cleanse. Divide steaks evenly into 5 portions. Roll steaks in egg and butter. Layer with vegetables, fruit and vegetables. Layer with two eggs and one tomato. Season with mayonnaise.
Bake steaks in preheated oven for 1 hour or until tuna is perfectly browned.
