1 1/2 teaspoons brandy extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 oranges, peeled and sliced
2 ripe strawberries, sliced
1 tablespoon juniper berries
1 banana, sliced
In a large bowl, beat cream of celery, butter and 1 teaspoon brandy until creamy; stirring after each addition. Mix in oranges, apricots, strawberries, bananas and apricot preserves. Pour into cola glass and garnish with orange wedges and cherry.
