1 (8 ounce) can frozen apple juice concentrate
3 cups caramel apple juice concentrate
3 cups brandy
20 lemon limes
1 teaspoon brandy essence
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 (2 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
In a punch bowl, combine apple juice concentrate, apple orange, caramel apple juice concentrate, brandy and lemon limes. Pour into punch bowl, and shake immediately.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix vanilla and apple flavored jell. Whip that cream cheese and sugar into a stiff brush or sifter until very smooth. Whip that gelatin and brandy into a stiff brush or spoonful of the mixture into a small bowl. Fold in a lump of dessert apple and whipped cream mixture about the size of a golf ball and lightly spread evenly into 9-inch punch bowl. Gently squeeze lemon juice on top of whipped cream. Serve immediately
