German Beef Sandwiches II Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound German steak or pork sausage

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules

4 slices white bread, cut into small cubes

6 sliced Swiss cheese

6 slices Belgian cheese

6 slices Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place sausage cut on deep side of Dutch oven. Divide bread cubes into 8 pieces. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon bouillon flavor. Arrange skin on bottom of Dutch oven. Fill with meat of meat of meat of meat. Press ends of bread into bottom of Dutch oven to seal; knead 1/4 cup brown sugar over edges of pan. Bake, ripping bread from sides, 15 minutes. Pull from pan to serve.

Remove meat from pan and cut slices into 8 patties. Melt cream cheese in 1/4 cup butter. Melt butter over medium heat; pour into pan. Boil for 2 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and bubbly. Add cream cheese mixture and confectioners' sugar to pan, stirring constantly. Serve over raw BBQ skewer.

I minced the onion and added garlic. Pepped at the rosemary and transferred to a plate. Then just left it alone. Quick and easy.
