1 1/4 cups white sugar
2/3 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 ounces cream cheese (Pack)
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla, flour and cream cheese. Beat until light and fluffy. Add enough flour to make things a little sticky. Mix together the egg and milk according to package directions. Spread evenly onto a 9 inch square cake pan.
Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool completely on baking sheet. Glaze surface of Cheesecake with buttercream frosting.
Remove lid from Cheesecake and place cake onto a serving plate. Cover and refrigerate for about 10 minutes while preparing Chilled Chocolate Frosting.
To Frost: In a medium bowl, beat buttercream frosting until light and fluffy. Mix softened margarine, cocoa, salt and cinnamon into chocolate frosting to make a chocolate frosting. Fold in 1 tablespoon of flour. Spread a thin, thin layer of frosting onto the top and then spread it over the crust. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours. Refrigerate an additional 72 hours (8 to 12 hours).
