1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (16 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant orange sherbet
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese, pudding mix and pineapple juice. Mix with hands until the ingredients are well blended. Chill mixture until serving.
Prepare whipped topping by combining pineapple sherbet cream with the pineapple mixture. Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill until serving.
