2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can white chocolate, crushed
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant mint chocolate pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 (6 ounce) package vanilla wafers, chopped
1 (4 ounce) can raspberry preserves
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Press all but 1 cup of the cream cheese into the bottom and 4 tbsp. of the chocolate into the center of each pie crust. Spread remaining cream cheese over chocolate layer; press in remaining cream cheese and chocolate until completely coated on both sides. Cover pie with remaining cream cheese and chocolate pudding mixture.
Place pie in a 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool overnight before serving.
