1 pound ground beef
4 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato juice
2 (16 ounce) cans meat gravy
1 cup cottage cheese
1 (16 ounce) package Italian-style processed cheese food, sliced
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef and drain off grease. Mix in the celery and onion and saute over medium heat until butter has melted. Mix in tomato juice, beef, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce and water until well blended.
Pour over a large skillet, return to a boil and cook, covered, for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Drain off grease.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, then remove from heat. Let cool completely before serving.
