1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (18 ounce) can vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 lemon, juiced

1/4 cup Mountain Dew
1 cup Red Bull
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. Mix together the buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla in a small bowl. Stir together the flour mixture, marshmallows and lemon juice. Fold the marshmallows into the flour mixture. Sprinkle evenly over the bottom of the prepared pan.
Bake for 35 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
