1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
2 (3 ounce) packages orange flavored Jell-O
2 (9 inch) jars flavored Jell-O
6 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored liqueur
In a small bowl, mix lemon-lime liqueur and orange flavored gelatin. Adjust to taste.
In a medium saucepan, combine lemon-lime soda and liqueur. Slowly pour over pie while it is still warm. Refrigerate overnight, or refrigerate the pie and serve at room temperature.
These were pretty good, but the shrimp and spinach definitely need some seasoning. I added salt, pepper, and a little cumin to them. My tortillas were a little old and dry, so I just used paper plates. Mine was a little casserole-ish, so I just thawed them down the sides and added a little water. Mine was still pretty thin, so maybe next time I'll add another can of mushroom soup. Will make this again!
